Artificial reef for Algorrobo and Vlez-Mlaga

Work is underway off the coasts of Algorrobo and Vlez-Mlaga to install
an artificial reef. The project, funded by the European Fisheries Fund
(75%) and the Junta de Andaluca (25%), is designed to both put an end
to illegal trawling in the area and to preserve valuable fisheries.
